Contact form details are sent to Nordic TeleCom sales, support or the team handling other enquiries according to your selected department so that we can respond. Optional measurement stores daily counts by page, language and action. It does not include form contents or a unique visitor identifier. Server security logs are separate.

Optional company visit identification

When company identification is available, the measurement settings request separate, optional permission. Measurement permission alone does not enable identification. The IP address received by the server is used to identify company networks; the browser is not asked to provide an IP address. The IP address is compared with Nordic TeleCom’s own verified company-network register. It is not sent to an external company-identification service for this matching. Identification produces a possible company and the source of the match, not the visitor’s identity or proof of purchase intent. Both large and small companies may be identified, but shared networks, home and mobile connections or VPNs can prevent a reliable match. The raw IP address is encrypted in the processing queue and expires for identification after 24 hours. Expired queue records are removed by scheduled cleanup. Company observations are shown for 90 days only to Nordic TeleCom system administrators and are removed after that period by scheduled cleanup. Withdrawal stops new identification and requests cancellation of pending lookups. For this purpose, random session identifiers are kept in the tab’s sessionStorage for up to 24 hours; they contain no IP addresses. Earlier company observations expire according to the retention period. The identification choice is stored separately in your browser. The website, checkout and ordinary measurement work without company identification.

Optional campaign and purchase journey linking

With separate journey-v1 consent, the existing website tracker records bounded page categories, industry pages, the plan’s service type, campaign and message version. Full query strings, form contents and personal details are not added to tracking events. A random campaign token represents the link’s target company, not an identified visitor. Using a separate expiring identifier, the server may link the permitted visit in this browser to an enquiry you submit or your own order. This feature does not link visits across devices. Earlier measurement or network identification consent does not grant this permission. Events and links are retained for up to 90 days; expired data is excluded from reports and removed by scheduled cleanup. Withdrawal stops collection, removes the browser’s linking identifier and requests deletion of links for visits remembered in this tab. Failed withdrawal requests are retried at the next settings check. Consent given on another device and necessary order and enquiry records are handled separately.
